I keep what I lovingly call my “bleeding” first draft of my book on my desk, to remind myself that I finally accomplished this one thing I’ve been saying I’ll do for years.
What can you leave around your space to remind you of your accomplishments, big or small? Even something like inner growth or gaining a new perspective on a situation. What can you physically leave around as a reminder?
Think about it. Then do it.

I have a pretty big print on my wall of the group photo from the 789Gathering that I planned with two friends. ‘Tis sort of a reminder of my potential whenever I look up at it.

One thing I’m trying to do is look at my cutting scars as a symbol of how I’m healing just like they did instead of looking at them as a symbol of weakness. It’s an accomplishment to have scars instead of fresh ones.

I put my art up on my wall. I know it’s not really anything spectacular, but I’ve managed to pull through and finish it off no matter how many times I wanted to quit, and my art kind of shows me that I CAN do it, I just need to persevere.
