“Don’t Should On Yourself”
A girl in my aerobics class gave me this.
I should be healthier. I should mop my floors. I should wear more “adult” clothes. I should spend more time with my family. I should save my money.
We all should on ourselves and it gets us nowhere.
Where you should be is where you are right now. Things should be as they are in this moment.
Guilt is a nasty little thing that we do to ourselves. No more shoulds.
