Fart with what now?

You know when you’re in a crowded place wearing headphones and you fart? You don’t hear it, but you are suddenly overcome by embarrassment. Then you shrug it off, because after all… if someone farts on a subway platform and they can’t hear the fart… the fart did not exist. 

This is how I feel about life.

In all seriousness, and as lofty and pretentious as it may seem, “Fart with Headphones on” is more than a funny blog title, it’s a way of being… for me, at least. It’s about letting go of your inhibitions and allowing your creativity to come out, while NOT allowing others to bring you down. Everyone farts and everyone worries about someone hearing them fart. Everyone has ideas and everyone is afraid of someone telling them their idea stinks. Letting go of attachment to having your idea loved and accepted by everyone is the goal.
